   It's great to meet you. I'm a Los Angeles-based hypnotherapist and coach, currently seeing clients online and in-person, with 300+ hours of training in a clinical setting at the only fully accredited hypnotherapy school in the nation, The Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI), where I graduated with honors. As a natural empath and an advocate for mental wellness and self-mastery, I still feel excitement every time watching how quickly and effectively my clients can implement swift and lasting change into their lives through the power of their subconscious minds- particularly specializing in guiding clients through weight loss, career advancement, habit reformation, and cultivating positive emotional states.       Looking back at life before regularly seeing clients, I've always felt drawn to the calling of service. After graduating college with my degree in psychology, I didn't know where to go next. It took one fateful night traveling in South America to guide the rest of my life, and I haven't looked back since. Walking back to my homestead one summer night, I was approached by a mugger, seeing the helplessness in his eyes as he attempted to rob me. Instead of responding with fear or anger, I met him with love and compassion. I found not only did he refrain from escalating the situation, but he left with a smile on his face and a new mindset. This particular night defined the beginning of my journey to help others heal, and serves as a constant reminder of why I feel so passionate about helping people such as yourself define the beginning of your own journey. I believe the best time to begin is always NOW- all we need are some support and resources, which is what I strive to be for you.
